I am a PTUK qualified, registered and insured Play Therapist and Creative Counsellor.

I offer therapeutic sessions for children and young people aged 5-18, from my peaceful garden studio between Cranbrook and Tenterden.

​Life is full of challenges for young people and, although many of these can be managed within families, sometimes it can help to seek professional support. I will take time to build a therapeutic relationship with your young person, in which they feel safe enough to explore and process what they need to, in a confidential and non-space.

 

Play Therapy: 

For children aged 5-9, play is the child's natural form of communication and expression. During play therapy, they will be offered a range of play items and art materials to help give a voice to their internal world.  

Creative Counselling:

For older children and teens, I offer creative counselling. I use a range of creative activities (eg. art, games, movement) alongside talking therapy to enhance what can be expressed and processed through words alone.
